System requirements

Gretty requires:

  • JDK8+. For JDK7 and earlier, use Gretty <3.0.0.

  • Gradle 5.0 or newer. For Gradle <5.0, use Gretty <3.0.0.

  • Enough operating memory and disk space to run gradle, jetty, tomcat.

  • Access to jcenter repository or equivalent.
